Refund / Return Policy

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the product you received, we will replace or refund your purchase. Simply fill out the form on the contact us page and a sales representative will contact you.

Grill overview:

Your grill holds all the items you decide to purchase. You can add more or remove items from your grill at any time. To view items in your grill, click on view grill in the upper left hand corner of webpage.

To add an item to your grill:

Simply click on the “add to grill” button underneath the product of your choice. To continue shopping, click on “continue shopping.”

To modify or remove an item from your grill:

If you wish to modify the quantity of an item, put in the new quantity in space provided and click “recalculate” to enact the changes. To remove an item, click on the “remove” link next to the item. Make sure you click “recalculate” afterwards to enact the changes. This will automatically update your grill/shopping cart and allow for accurate completion of your purchase.

To complete your order:

When you are finished shopping, click on the “proceed to checkout” button. If you are a new customer (welcome) please create a new account, you will be prompted through the check out process. If you are a returning customer (welcome back) please log in and follow instructions. BIG JAKE’S will request information from you, the user, on our order form - you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date.) This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer’s orders. If at any time we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Order verification:

After you submit your order a confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail address to confirm that your order is being processed. Orders are processed Monday – Friday. This e-mail will include your order number to assist in identifying the status of your order should you have any questions.

Credit card payment:

The name, address, and expiration date that you provide must match the information that is imprinted on the credit card you are using for payment

Shipping Information:

We use only the best service to bring your items to your doorstep. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please choose the shipping method that works best for you. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box; a complete street (shipping) address is required. Normal delivery time takes 7-10 days. This time frame is based on the distance from your location to our distribution center, but can vary by the shipping method you choose.

Privacy:

BIG JAKE’S North Woods Style Barbeque Sauce is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. BIG JAKE’S collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
